If your order is in by 3PM Pacific Standard Time, your product will ship via UPS Ground the same day. Otherwise your order will be sent the next morning.

Why are some people charged sales taxes and some are not?
Sales Taxes are charged by where the purchaser and the seller are located. If you live the either California or North Carolina you will be charged sales taxes. If you live in any of the other 48 states, then you will not be charged sales taxes.
